This department deals with the preparation of Wills, proving of estates and administration of trusts. As well as advising on possible tax savings on inheritances there is a new and growing emphasis within the department on working with elderly clients to help them preserve their independence and preferred way of life. When clients have no option but to move to residential care, the department helps ensure they can do this with a minimum of financial disruption.
Most Wills involve leaving everything to your spouse and upon the second death, to the children. Our fee for preparing such Will is £75.00 + VAT.
